I love that Jeff’s focus on growing one of the largest movie theater chains uniquely prepared him to help grow one of the most effective organizations that serves high school kids – Young Life. Who would have thought, as the CFO of Cinemark, he could have such impact organizationally—enhancing the systems and processes of Young Life—and in so doing, freeing up the time and resources of the staff to invest back in kids.
