The Halftime Roundtable is a 12-month experience designed for men and women who are serious about transitioning their lives from success to significance.  Bob Buford, founder the Halftime organization and author of Halftime, Game Plan, and Finishing Well has often said that the journey from success to significance-happens “locally with others, over time.” The Halftime Roundtable provides you with this unique environment, guided by one of our extensively trained Local Affiliates.

 

What will our discussion involve?

In addition to responding to specific exercises and personalized prompting from your trained Roundtable leader, halftimers just like you often find themselves wrestling together over questions like these:

  • What do I want to be remembered for?
  • What could I do with my life that excites me and could make a difference in peoples’ lives?
  • How do I go on this journey with my spouse and family in a way that enables them to thrive in this next season of life?
  • Can my current marketplace role be a platform for living out my life purpose? If not, how will I transition?
  • How much passion do I experience each day?
  • What gifts has He given me that I am unable to use?
  • What gives life meaning?
  • What do I want to be doing in 10 years?
  • What gifts has God given me that have been perfected over time?
  • Which of my dreams have not been fulfilled?

The Investment in Your Life Includes

  • Full day kickoff session followed by seven 1/2-day meetings scheduled over the course of one year
  • One-on-One coaching with your Roundtable Leader between the group gatherings to address ideas, challenges, and serving opportunities unique to you

Cost:  Roundtable fees are typically $3,000 - $5,000 annually.  A specific fee schedule is available from your Affiliate.
