Powerful questions can interrupt our lives in healthy ways. The last blog we asked, "what do you have that is priceless...and how are you protecting it?"

Now I want to look at cost accounting. If you knew the revenues for a division of your company but had no idea of the costs, how would you feel? What would you do?

Almost every week I discover that someone I am coaching is stuck in Halftime and just drifting at mid-life because the benefits and perks of their first half success are very clear... but they have no idea of the true costs.

Disruptive question #2: "What has all your winning cost you?"

Take just 15 minutes to list all the ways your pursuit of success has and is costing you and those you love. What are the immediate changes you need to make as you think about these costs?
