Tiger Dawson
Tiger Dawson currently serves as Managing Director of Halftime. Tiger spent 22 years on the Young Life staff in various roles from strategic growth to senior management. Tiger has also been involved with Young Presidents Organization for the past 10 years. He has been a facilitator and a speaker at eight Family Universities, three International board meetings, and numerous chapter events. Tiger received his undergraduate degree at Baylor University and completed his graduate work at Fuller Seminary and Dallas Theological Seminary. Tiger is married to Leslie and has two daughters, Anna (12) and Kimberly (8). tiger.dawson@halftime.org
   

Lloyd Reeb
Lloyd Reeb is the primary spokesperson for Halftime and author of From Success to Significance and the Success to Significance Group Curriculum and Co-author of Unlimited Partnership. As a successful real estate developer, he made a Halftime transition in 1993, redefining success and reorienting his focus toward second-half significance. Lloyd allocates most of his time to leading Halftime events and experiences, and coaching individuals through this journey. In addition, he also allocates part of his time as director of leadership development at Mecklenburg Community Church. He is on the board of the Finishers Project, an organization of more than 70 leading mission agencies to help baby boomers find a significant second career in missions. Greg Murtha
Since joining The Halftime Group in 1999, Greg Murtha has served in a number of positions within the organization from President to Director of Marketing. Throughout his tenure, he has assisted others in accomplishing their desires as they relate to the organization—whether it’s supporting individuals as they take the first step into their Halftime Journey, or encouraging churches and organizations to develop strategies that will assist them in discovering and deploying leaders into service. Greg has been married to Tracey for 12 years; they have a 5-year-old little boy, Jackson Cole.

Wayne Smith
Wayne Smith joined the team at Leadership Network in May 2005. He currently serves as the Director of the Strategic Church Initiative for Halftime. Prior to joining the LN team, Wayne served as an Executive Pastor for several years, but the majority of his career was with Young Life. He served Young Life for 23 years in multiple leadership roles. Wayne is a graduate of Texas Christian University (B.A.) and Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M) and is an ordained minister. He and his wife, Debbie, have three adult children, Dale married to Valerie, Natalie and David and one grandson, Cruz. Wayne and Debbie reside in the city of Dallas and attend Irving Bible Church where Wayne serves as an elder. wayne.smith@halftime.org
   

Jeff Spadafora
After 20 years of consulting in the leadership development industry, Jeff is applying his skills and passions toward helping others discover their true calling. As Halftime’s Director of Life Strategy Resources, he focuses on helping financial services firms support clients who desire to lead a second half of significance.  He also speaks to, teaches and coaches Halftimers through their journeys. Jeff coaches youth sports, is on the leadership team at his church, and is a board member of Christ in The Rockies and Joseph & Company.  He lives in Evergreen, Colo., with his wife Michelle, daughter Denika, and sons Neal and Quinn.  jeff.spadafora@halftime.org
   

John Leffin
John Leffin, a former partner at Accenture with 21 years of consulting experience, joined our Halftime team as the Director of Global Programs and Expansion. In the fall John helps coach high school football in the Milwaukee area. He is currently leading the development of a ministry to serve people in Halftime at his own church. He is also working on our behalf with the Willow Creek Association International and will spearhead additional Halftime expansion efforts around the world. Ed Kerns
Ed Kerns joined the Halftime team in 2007 after 10 years working with financial professionals in the property & casualty insurance industry as well as working as an entrepreneur. His desire to build relationships and ability to understand and respond to his client’s needs allowed him to most recently have tremendous success in opening a regional branch office for The Hanover Insurance Group. Ed has a heart to bring about change both in the marketplace and with individuals, and he felt he could have more Kingdom impact by leveraging his time and talent to help those who have already reached halftime. In his new role in helping to develop the financial professional’s network, he will work to assist financial services firms in adding value to their client’s lives. Ed has also been involved in micro-enterprise mission work where he has traveled to Indonesia and Mongolia. He is a member of Fellowship Bible Church in Brentwood, TN and is engaged to be married to Ansley Henkel in November. Ed.Kerns@halftime.org
   

Mike Hall
Mike Hall serves as the Director of Engagement for Halftime. His focus is to develop relationships between Halftimers and Parachurch organizations. He is experienced and skilled in helping create ministry growth. Prior to joining the Halftime team Mike was on staff with Young Life, where he served as the Regional Developer. Mike received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and later acquired a Master’s of Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. He and his lovely wife of 10 years, Heather, live in Frisco with their four active children. Mike.Hall@halftime.org
   

Sara Kidwell
Sara Kidwell joined the Halftime team in November of 2006. She has a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Information Systems from Baylor University and is a certified wedding planner. After Baylor, she attended the Focus on the Family Institute in Colorado Springs; the curriculum focused on leadership and morality in the workplace, society, and family life. The next few years, Sara lived in San Diego and worked as a mortgage consultant after obtaining her real estate license. She is happy to be back in Texas and a part of the Halftime team. sara.kidwell@halftime.org
   

Mary Jo Parsons
Mary Jo Parsons joined the Halftime/Leadership Network team in November of 2005. She recently graduated from Texas Christian University where she studied international communications. She is currently involved in Young Life as a volunteer leader at J.J. Pearce High School and is a native of the Dallas area. maryjo.parsons@halftime.org
   

Lee Anne Parsons
Lee Anne Parsons joined our team in September 2006. Prior to joining the Halftime team she was on staff with Young Life in Costa Rica for three years, where she was the Area Director with the International School Program. She received a B.S. in Radio/TV/Film from TCU. Currently Lee Anne is pursuing a Masters in counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. She attends The Village Church, is a volunteer leader for Young Life in Coppell and a native of the Dallas area. leeanne.parsons@halftime.org
