Job Title: Country Director

To provide mentoring, coaching, and encouragement to in-country leadership

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of key performance indicators
- Willingness to travel 5 times per year
- Advocate for growth
- Prayer and encouragement for staff
- Monthly phone calls with in-country leadership
