Lloyd Reeb is a successful real estate developer and owner of retirement housing who made a Halftime transition to pursue significance. He is the primary spokesperson for Halftime®, a national ministry that helps people move from success to significance. For more than a decade, he has dedicated much of his time to speaking about Halftime issues and coaching individuals who are on this journey.
Lloyd is the author of From Success to Significance: When the Pursuit of Success Isn't Enough and co-author of a unique flipbook, Unlimited Partnership: Igniting a Marketplace Leader's Journey to Significance, which is a helpful guide to partnering with nonprofit leaders. Lloyd's Success To Significance Group Curriculum addresses the needs of people who are not financially independent but still desire to pursue significance in the second half of their lives.

I love developing real estate. I love architecture and creating beauty. But over the past decade I have been called to serve my peers on their journey from success to significance. My business partner, Andrew Mitton, and I still own the buildings we developed together and his careful management of them has freed me up for the adventures of a lifetime. Thanks, Andrew. I have traveled to more than 30 countries since 1993 when I felt called to invest my life in something that would outlast our buildings. I have spoken to many thousands of successful people in midlife transition, coached hundreds and watched many of them reinvent themselves. I’ve discovered a few important things along the way. second half. Ultimately God doesn’t need me --- he wants me. (Now that’s a humbling yet comforting realization.) I set out on a journey from pursuing my own success to pursuing significance by meeting the deepest needs of others. And along the way, I am discovering that there is something much deeper even than significance.
